Transins performs in the territory of all of its sites activities for collection, transportation, preliminary treatment (baling, sorting) and delivery for reuse of plastic waste:
- plastic bottles;
- caps, crates;
- polyethylene bags and sacks;
- packing foil.
Transins has the full technological equipment for recycling of plastics at one of its bases in Devnya. The recycling process follows the below sequence:
- Collection of plastic waste – domestic and industrial;
- Sorting by type and color of plastics;
- Milling;
- Washing and drying;
- Extrusion – the plastics is melted, extruded and cut with specific granulators. Recycled plastic granulate is thus obtained which is ready for reuse.
